Our double room had a lovely view 😊. We appreciated having a kettle, a mini-fridge, and an air conditioner in the room. the way everything was set up made us really happy.

Location just next door to all cafe and restaurant and other restaurants on the promenade. For tea or coffee visit Breeze Cafe-Bar nearby. Nice stay for family vacation, no complaint.

Really enjoyed an excellent stay, I would like to stay longer. Incredibly nice and very careful staff, helped me a lot. The room of place was air conditioned with beautiful view. The breakfast had plenty of fine food and drinks.

The staff were really friendly and went above and beyond to help us, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting, it felt like a home away from home!

Its an excellent base to visiit the white sands west beachs of Crete! The breakfast its very good.The room whas confortable -The owner very kind-Nice swimming pool and has his own beach. :)

I liked my stay at the Sunny Bay Hotel very much! It is located to a small town,Kasteli,which is near to places of great interest such us Falasarna, Balos, Elafonissos, Topolia Gorge, the archaiological place of Polirrinia (the E4 route for walkers) and near to the port , from where you can take the ship and continue your trip to Peloponisos.It is approximately 30min from the city of Chania (good natiobal highway). The staff was great,very polite and always tried to help us! I 'd like to refer specially to Mrs Roula, the owner (it is a hotel runned by a family) , who is very polite and always helpful!!! The rooms are cosy ,the bathroom and the whole room are clean. I liked very-very much the large swimming pool! I enjoyed the noons I spent at the pool drinking coctails from the pool-bar. The breakfast is characterized by variety (eggs,cheese, yogurt, juices,sweets,vegetables and some others from the cretan tradition) I chose to eat at hotel. It was a good idea,because I ate very tasteful cretan traditional food (Boureki -musaka and tsatsiki rule!!!)

The hotel is located by the sea, very close to famous beach Falasarna which is one of the most beautiful beach of the world. Also is near to Elafonisos. Hospitality of the hotel was excellent. The hotel offers all the facilities like great swimming pool, wi fi, mini market etc. The rooms are very confortable with great view directly to the sea. I am very pleased with the hotel and I will suggest it as a perfect solution for everybody wants to visit Chania and Crete. L'Hotel è situato vicino al mare in ottima posizione, vicino al sito archeologico ed alla premiata spiaggia Falasarna, è pure vicino ad Elafoniso ed Kedrodassos L'Hotel dispone di camere spaziose con vista mare o montagna, una grande piscina adatta anche per bambini piccoli, Mini Market per i generi di prima necessità e aree ricreative. Sia la prima colazione che e il pranzo erano abbondanti e basati sulla cucina tradizionale cretese Abbiamo ricevuto un eccellente accoglienza da tutto il personale ed in particolare dalla signora Rula Lo consigliamo altamente Ritorneremo .

This place is wonderful and fairly clean, with air-conditioned rooms and an absolutely perfect location, efficient and excellent staff, clean restaurant, and great food.

The room we booked was a double and it was very comfortable with a nice view of the sea! 🌊

The rooms had big beds, a sofa bed, central heating, and an iron. Enjoyed the balcony with a swimming pool view. The pool area was nice. Great location, close to other restaurants, the center, beach promenade, and the best seaside taverna in town. Sklopa Shopping Mall is conveniently located nearby. The hotel met every demand, highly recommend.

We had an amazing 4-night stay at a charming hotel in a quiet location near the village. Our room had a comfortable bed and a balcony with beautiful partial sea views. The cleaning staff did a great job, and the air conditioning kept us cool throughout our stay. The hotel also had a lovely beachfront area and a refreshing swimming pool. Despite some minor issues with towels and hot water, the overall experience was enjoyable. The breakfast selection could have been broader, but the food was still abundant. We recommend this hotel for a relaxing and peaceful vacation. a pleasant stay at Sunny Bay!
